So at first Earth Ponies are heavier that Pegasi. They have a massive Bone Structure and we saw how Rainbow Dash flew through the sky when Apple Jack hit the seesaw. So Applejack must be heavier than Rainbow Dash. Pegasi would have more flexible and light bones to better for flight what should give them an at least 10% Weight reduction.
Wingpower of Scootaloo is a bit too high. I would go to 0.7 Wingpower. 1.0 is the minimum to be able to fly without problems. Scootaloo is not ready to fly on her own at all.
I would like to know the Magic Power Levels. Pinkie has obviously some latent powers hidden and I would like to know if Zecora would be stronger in Magic than Twilight. Oh and how powerful would be Vynil Scratch with her horn?
Also, why is Daring Do's "wing" stat only 9? That's less than Derpy's!
(I do like Fluttershy's though, maybe it's just the part of me who wants as much "anti-Rainbow Factory" ammo as possible, but anything that confirms that Fluttershy still being alive, much less allowed into Cloudsdale to cheer on RD at the Young Flyer's competition, is logically inconsistent with Rainbow Factory's premise receives a receptive audience with me...if I ever read that fic (don't know that I will, I mean, I read Cupcakes, and the guy who wrote it seems like a pretty cool dude, but I don't know, he doesn't much like it, for one thing...), I'll just keep telling myself Fluttershy, girl...if this fic were real, Fluttershy wouldn't be alive...)
Also, you misspelled Strength, but I'm sure that can be fixed.
